Fuse switch drips down when the fridge plug is turned on. When a light bulb is turned on, fuse switch on switch board drips down turning the power off. Oven coil dropped down, need to be placed back to its position.

Guttering is the mid 1990s style, slightly recessed under and built into eves. Will need to install a diverter in down pipe, or ensure muck doesn't go down drain.

Hi there, needing a 1.8m T&G fence at the front of our property (road facing) and for vertical pailing fencing down both sides of the property to meet up with the new front fence. There is also a need to increase the height of a small area of the existing side fencing to allow for more privacy for the bedrooms. We also want an electric gate with some form of access control, (keypad, remote fob) at the front of the property. Painting/staining we will undertake ourselves.
