About the job: The conservatory of my house had been demolished and I plan to change it into a family living room. It is 5250 x 6730 in size. I have almost all the materials ready and would need (a) registered builder(s) to build the family living room. I have the stamped plans ready for you to have a look at (physical and digital copy). The proposed family living room would include 1 ensuite and a separate toilet, possibly creating a new walkway from the old living room to the new one by taking down the window that currently stands in between. It would be an advantage if the chosen builder has contacts for a plumber and electrician as well.
