Shower drain repair

I have an upstairs shower, I think it is acrylic, made up of a base and walls (glass and acrylic). The particle board on the floor underneath and around the drain is damp and occasionally there is a small amount of water under the open manhole. I need someone to tell me what the issue is and provide a quote for repair.
