Hello,

I'm a self employed, qualified licenced builder.

I work on new builds and other ground up builds, but mainly specialise in alterations/renovations to existing buildings.

I have sub trade contacts for tiling, plasterers, painters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers and waste management etc. If your job requires any additional trades I am more than happy to manage and communicate with sub trades on behalf or work alongside you as the owner.

I'm based in Glen Eden West Auckland but travel Auckland wide. I'd love the opportunity to meet and discuss with you, your building and renovation plans.

Floating deck - Hobsonville Point

Client wanted a more usable space. Decked over existing slab using pine decking.

Large elevated kwila deck, stairs and handrails - Glen Eden

LBP consented deck using kwila decking. Pine balustrades amd glass screen installed.

Carport privacy screen

New pine timber privacy screen. Removal of sheet iron cladding, and framed out to suit pine 90 x 20 decking boards. Both sides have been screened and staggered to eliminate looking through any gaps.

Bathroom renovation - warkworth

Bathroom addition to lower level residential property. LBP restricted work. Photos show work up to preline inspection stage of work. Passed and ready to line walls.

Residential extension - Mangare Bridge

Residential house extension based in Mangare Bridge. 60 square meters of living space split between each end of the existing house. Garage Pod slab formed to engineer specs to bridge waste pipes running through section.
