I'm a self employed, qualified licenced builder.
I work on new builds and other ground up builds, but mainly specialise in alterations/renovations to existing buildings.
I have sub trade contacts for tiling, plasterers, painters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers and waste management etc. If your job requires any additional trades I am more than happy to manage and communicate with sub trades on behalf or work alongside you as the owner.
I'm based in Glen Eden West Auckland but travel Auckland wide. I'd love the opportunity to meet and discuss with you, your building and renovation plans.

Living room extension - Mt Albert
Customer had a porch out the front that they never used, so they converted that space into more living room space. Pushed the walls out and reinstated a window and front door to suit.
Deck and carport extension - waterview
Carport extension with a floating deck above with access to second story living area.
Front entrance shelter - Waterview
Customer wanted shelter above their entrance door. Constructed from timber and corrugate roofing sheets. Spouting and downpipe also installed to catch water run off. New balustrade also.
Bathroom renovation - Mt Eden
Reno of existing bathroom and separate toilet. Keeping in theme of the houses era. I fireplace had to be removed to allow added space to the main bathroom. New hallway living room doors as well.
