I'm a self employed, qualified licenced builder.
I work on new builds and other ground up builds, but mainly specialise in alterations/renovations to existing buildings.
I have sub trade contacts for tiling, plasterers, painters, fabricators, electricians, plumbers and waste management etc. If your job requires any additional trades I am more than happy to manage and communicate with sub trades on behalf or work alongside you as the owner.
I'm based in Glen Eden West Auckland but travel Auckland wide. I'd love the opportunity to meet and discuss with you, your building and renovation plans.

Rumpus room conversion - Mt Eden
Customer had a garage space under their living room and did not have internal access. Major earthworks took place before getting to this finished space. Increasing overall usable square metre area of the property.
Pine timber stairs, deck and handrail screen
Very sloped section and was not usable. Stairs and decks added down side of the house to access lower level existing deck.
Very large pine deck
Relocated home up north. Worked on huge pine deck using 140 x 32 pine decking boards
Carpark and privacy screen - Waterview
New concrete pad and privacy screen for carpark at clients residential property. We had to get a digger into prep the ground work ready for concrete. Timber posts and pine decking privacy screen installed with a hinged gate and area for garden bins.
Deck extension - Waitakere
Two sided deck extension to create more entertaining spaces for the client. Pine decking.
