Communication is key to a successful business. I wondered if tradie was taking on too much work or just not good at communicating with his customer, as he never turned up when he said he would and when he finally did it was not quite the product ordered but out of frustration and desire to get job done I accepted this. Paid deposit for materials and then a no show for several weeks.Was rather nervous and cross. Job was completed nicely and they removed rubbish. Comms=gd relnships=repeat bus

This contractor gladly takes 50% deposits, doesn't show up to do the job and refuses to refund the money. Jono didn't do the work nor did anyone do the work. It was a one day project and he said he would refund the money if it wasn't done by deadline and wouldn't anything (this has been going on for months). Very sick way to run a business and treat people! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very quick to respond and quote. As this is a job dealing with a committee and a trust, its very long winded, so haven't used them yet, but they have a professional attitude in the quote and estimate stages, HOWEVER.... Updated - sounded all good at start, until we asked for proper invoice before sending money through, and have never anything since. A little research showed no registered company name, or accredited trade associations, etc nor anything in their local area, so a bit dubious...
