Internal Wall Removal

I contracted Alex to do an internal supporting wall removal job in our kitchen. It wasn't an easy job due to its hidden construction and needed to be carefully removed without causing any damage to the surrounding structure. Alex did a great job, on time and within budget. He also communicated regularly before and when doing the job.

It was probably a misunderstanding but when I accepted the quote I thought it was for a 2 day or parts of a 2 day job. In fact it was 4 hours and I understood when he explained. Also the date expected had to be rescheduled and it was rather late on the 2nd day after he had meant to come that I was told. Notwithstanding these hiccups, I am very pleased with the work done and Alex explained everything he had done very well to me.
