Ivan is a very experienced tiler, even though we had a couple of issues, Ivan was onto it and able to fix to our satisfaction which is what you want in a large firm. I would have no issues referring Ivan to anybody wanting tiling work. He also installed underfloor heating in 2 bathrooms. You must put in underfloor heating the luxury of heat under your feet is sensational.
