Richard put together a very thorough and reasonable quote to pull down two internal walls and replace 4 exterior weatherboards, also to arrange suppliers including plasterers, tilers, carpeters and the electrician. We opted to paint ourselves. Everything was finished to an excellent standard and we were happy with the tradesmen he used. For a couple of first-time renovators, he was easy to communicate with and made sure we got what we wanted.
