Lance and his team were brilliant. I had my whole roof replaced and some battens. Quality of work can't fault. Price was very fair no extra or hidden costs. Lance was delayed in starting my job, and was sometimes unavailable to reach due to his work load. Once lance got things under control again most pleasing result. If your looking for a diligent honest roofer I would highly recommend and I would definitely use him or promote to friends. Thanks so much. 10 years of leaky roof gone.

Very, very happy with the new roof. I did get several quotes and chose Riverland because of their price and Lance's quick communication when answering my questions. I was, however, a bit disappointed that no one came back to do a bit of a tidy up upon completion.

Fast to quote slow to complete the work. Quality of work good, however the communication was poor (very frustrating) and the job took a long time to complete. Other work quoted for (skylight) to be installed at time of roof installation did not happen. Although, I appreciate that there were some delays due to the weather conditions, however, when the weather was fine, Lance and his (forever changing) crew would fail to turn up.

Lance Cleary quoted for a new roof on our new build. Lance came to site to look at the job. The next day he sent an email to say half of his roofing crew has just quit and he wouldn't be able to complete our job. When I contacted Lance by phone to discuss this he accused me of trying to deceive him by changing the design of the house and not offering to pay him more. He had quoted on the council consented plans, the design had not changed. In the end he told me to "Piss off".
