New Roofing and Cladding - True Oak - Galvanised

Lance Cleary quoted for a new roof on our new build. Lance came to site to look at the job. The next day he sent an email to say half of his roofing crew has just quit and he wouldn't be able to complete our job. When I contacted Lance by phone to discuss this he accused me of trying to deceive him by changing the design of the house and not offering to pay him more. He had quoted on the council consented plans, the design had not changed. In the end he told me to "Piss off".
