Craig made contact and promptly did a site visit and scoped the work. The quote was received, above the cost of others competing but I felt the extra would be worth it as it was clear he had a good understanding of what was required and answered all my questions. Completion dates were agreed, the job was completed on time and to the quote. I was very happy with the resulting paved garden area and would happily ask them to complete future work without hesitation.

Somewhat unprofessional. Response times were ok, but other tradespeople I contacted were more prompt. Said he would provide me with a quote after the site visit, but then never contacted again. I tried a couple of times, but after a week he just dropped communications.
