New Decks, New Handrails and Replacing Window

Don was professional and easy to communicate. The job was completed on schedule and costs are as per quoted. Material payment claims were all submitted with receipts. He and his team were also fast and generally fair for any variations that are outside the original scope.

Reno builder

Don took on the job at short notice and worked to manage my needs well. I would be happy to have him do other work for me.

Capable Chippie!

One or two purchases were made without consulting me when cheaper alternatives might have been an option but overall Don and his team worked well and the work was to a good standard.

New deck and bathroom

Don was great throughout our job. His workmanship was excellent and as my wife and I worked full time through the job we relied on him to make sensible decisions as the build progressed (which he did well throughout). He was efficient with the job and generally communicated progress, etc well. All out of scope work was communicated to us for approval with price guidance provided as necessary. Would happily recommend Don and use him again.

Miscellaneous weatherboard remedials and odd jobbing

We engaged Don pre Xmas 2014 as our usual builder had left Auckland and we needed a replacement. Don's was trade qualified and his profile indicated that he understood heritage properties and had an interest in detailing things correctly. That has proved to be correct. We are now 3 months into an extended renovation and find Don personable to deal with, solutions driven, very quick and quality focussed. He adds value to our project and will use again. Very highly recommended.

Build a deck and Outdoor Fire

Very professional. Turned up when they said they would. Cleaned up after each days work. Always suggested better, more appropriate options and were cost conscious. We were very impressed with PrideBhilt, would definitely use them again. Work completed on time and of great quality.

Large Deck

Thanks for spending the time to take a look at the Job, unfortunately after discussing build costs with other builders I have decided to look elsewhere.
