We are very happy to help you with your design/council application and resource consent for any size project, new or renovation. You will find our service friendly, helpful and fast.

I am an expert in not only designing houses in different circumstances esp. steep hillsides but also working to at tight budget and very practical when it comes to translating the design into plans that the builder can work from within a budget.
Not only can we provide plans but also can make recommendations to the design so you get more value for your money.
