Sam and his team turned our old garage into a lovely townhouse. We are impressed with the quality of the workmanship and professionalism. Sam has a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence and this was evident in every aspect until completion. Throughout the stages we were kept informed of progress as well as of any potential issues and guiding us accordingly. We also noticed that Buildfirm maintained a clean and safe worksite during the construction. We are extremely thankful for all the efforts and would certainly use Sam and his team again, as well as recommend to others.

We worked alongside Sam (and his firm) on a complex new build fix and we can say that Sam’s manner, professionalism and expertise on the tools made our home like brand new again. Infact, we sold our property 4 weeks after completion, which was our end goal. Thanks again Sam for everything and being most pleasant with my demands and questions!

Sam and the team built a beautiful second floor deck. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic and Sam was really easy to deal with through the whole process. Nothing was a problem for Sam and the team and everything was finished to a high standard. Now we get to enjoy are new outdoor entertaining area just in time for summer. Thanks Sam and team. Sam’s communication and service was amazing. Nothing was a problem and he kept us updated with other contractors availability and timing on the job. We are very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend and use Build Firm again.

Sam and his team provided excellent communication and consultation during the renovation, making the whole process a lot easier. I had total confidence in them, and they offered options and choices with clear pros and cons along the way. The team also took care to leave the sire respectfully neat and tidy after each day's work. The result is a beautifully restored bungalow, a huge transformation! We will definitely be using BuildFirm for our next renovation/ maintenance needs.
