Hi my name is Haris Goodwin, a registered LBP and founder of Goodwin Construction                  ( NZ family-owned company established back in 2007.)

We have built a great reputation specialising in large scale renovations, alterations, heritage projects, and new homes including many high-end architectural builds. Our projects have been featured in magazines on television, and last year one proudly took first place in the Housing Category at the 2025 NZIA Auckland Architecture Awards.

We take pride in our attention to detail, integrity, and clear communication. Listening carefully to our clients  and designers requirements is central to how we work, ensuring we deliver exactly what they envision. We also pride ourselves on being proactive and solution-focused throughout the construction process.

Our team consists of long-term, experienced, and qualified builders who are passionate about their craft. We’re supported by a reliable network of carefully selected subcontractors and suppliers, allowing us to provide a complete and seamless service from start to finish. We also have strong systems in place for project tracking, scheduling, and close project management throughout the build process.
