Brick alterations

Communicated well and provided a timely quote. Scheduled in without issue and arrived on site when expected, however he turned up to site to frame up a switchboard enclosure without any framing timber so had to leave and get supplies. This cost us a few hours of valuable time as we could not progress until the switchboard had been framed. It took him three attempts to frame up the switchboard correctly, again costing us time. Overall workmanship was fair but we will not be using again.

This can only be described as a terrible experience. Everything went downhill once we paid deposit and got worse when we made 2nd payment 90% of job . Joseph’s attention to detail and of his trades was terrible. So much just plain carelessness . We basically have to start from scratch by demolishing tiling and removing fittings and redoing work which is harder than original work and more costly . We had no confidence in Joseph and asked him to stop working on site. 3 weeks into a 1 week job
