Replace the ceiling tiles with gib. Check wall lining and replace any damaged area. Check insulation and install new insulation if necessary. Replace water-damaged window frames, ceiling frame and skirting boards. Remove the carpet. We would like the work to be completed by Labour Weekend if possible.
