Greg from KO was great with communication - he came around really quickly after i made contact with him and his timing was perfect. He was very honest and clear that it was an issue with the original shower installation and it could be very expensive and he still wouldn't want to guarantee that it would fix the issue. As much as it wasn't what i wanted to hear i really appreciated his honesty. I now have to drop the job until i can figure out a permanent solution
