JC Roofing communicated really well to start with. John text me and we organised for him to quote the job. He came back to me quickly stating that he had visited the property and would send a quote with a couple of options. From there it was all down hill. After requesting the quote at least twice I finally received via text one price for the job - no alternatives as promised. When I asked when he could programme the job in etc, no reply, still waiting. I have since had another firm do the job.
