Davinci Group NZ Limited – Qualified Trades, Construction Knowledge & 35 Years’ Experience

Davinci Group is an Auckland-based construction and property maintenance company servicing the Hibiscus Coast and wider Auckland area.

With approximately 35 years of hands-on industry experience, we bring a combination of practical trade knowledge, construction management and quantity surveying experience to every project.

Our qualifications and experience include:

* Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) – Carpentry
* Multiple BCITO trade qualifications, including carpentry, interior plastering, exterior plastering and painting/decorating
* Diplomas in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management
* NZIQS member
* Extensive experience in residential construction, renovations, remedial work, exterior plaster systems and weathertightness-related repairs

We also specialise in pre-plaster and weathertightness inspections, helping identify potential issues with substrates, flashings, junctions, penetrations, moisture-risk areas and preparation before exterior plastering or coating systems are applied. This can help prevent defects from being covered over and becoming much more expensive problems later.

Our services include building and renovations, interior and exterior plastering, painting, exterior textured-cladding repairs, recladding and remedial work, decks, windows and doors, waterproofing, roofing-related maintenance, pre-paint preparation and quantity surveying/costing.

Because we understand both the trade side and the costing/project-management side of construction, we can assess a job properly, clearly explain the work required and provide practical solutions rather than simply pricing what is visible on the surface.

We also own our own scaffolding, allowing us to offer FREE scaffold hire on qualifying full exterior painting and plastering projects. Erection, dismantling, transport and any specialist scaffold requirements may still apply.

We place a strong emphasis on correct preparation, compliant workmanship, quality products and transparent scopes of work. For specialist coating and painting projects, we can also provide methodology information, product specifications and documented application processes.

From small repairs through to complete renovations, exterior remediation and specialist pre-plaster inspections, our focus is on doing the job properly and providing clients with experienced, qualified advice from the start.
