About
Only Fence was built on a simple realization, when contractors try to do everything from decks and patios to full landscaping, the details get lost. Fencing became an afterthought rather than a specialty. We started this business to flip that script, dedicating 100% of our focus, trade knowledge, and craftsmanship strictly to perimeter fencing.
Our Team & Approach
Our team consists of dedicated fence specialists who understand structural post integrity, local soil conditions, property lines, and wind loads inside and out. When we approach a new project, we start with a thorough on-site evaluation to understand your specific needs, whether that is privacy, child and pet safety, security, or enhancing your home's curb appeal. We do not use a one-size-fits-all template; we walk the layout with you, discuss material durability, and design a clean enclosure tailored precisely to your yard.
Why Hire Us?
Pure Specialization: Because we do not divide our attention with decking or general construction, our crews work faster, cleaner, and with sharper attention to detail.
Built for Longevity: We focus exclusively on proper post-setting depths, high-grade hardware, and premium materials designed to withstand local weather without sagging or warping.
Transparent Communication: You get clear timelines, straightforward pricing with zero hidden fees, and a single point of contact from initial quote to final inspection.
Deck Partner Friendly: If you are planning a deck build alongside your fence, we gladly coordinate post placement and scheduling with your chosen deck contractor to ensure a seamless execution.
