Hi, I'm Johnny. I've been working as a plumber for over 15 years, and while Portobello Plumbing Co is a new name, the experience behind it isn't.
Based in Mt Albert, I work across Auckland on all things residential plumbing so from everyday maintenance and repairs to the bigger stuff. I also tend to roof leaks, and I'm across water filtration systems if cleaner tap water is on your list. For renovations, I handle the plumbing side of kitchen and bathroom projects, working with homeowners and builders to get it right from first fix through to fit-off.
My focus is straightforward: turn up when I say I will, explain what's going on without the jargon, and leave the job done properly. That's it.

We got a leak under the bathroom sink due to a bursted hose and the next day I called them if they could help fix the issue. Johnny said he could come within an hour and fix it for us (That was really relieving to hear that especially we had no water for a day because we had to turn off the main). He helped fix the issue quick and clean, and also happliy investigated and gave us advice on the hot water pressure issue we've been dealing. Now he is my favorite local plumber for sure!
