Upgrade of Public Drainage Line

We upgraded the existing public wastewater drain & added a new manhole as per the EPAs. Then reconnected the existing private drainage to the new line, as it was winter we made a mess but still managed to tidy up the work area and re topsoil/grass seed and leave the site nice and tidy for the client!

Greenhithe Subdivision

We helped our client subdivide their property to accommodate 3 Lots, this consisted of new & upgraded drainage including new connections for the 3 lots, service trenching and laying of new service conduits and a new upgraded 150mm thick concrete driveway & vehicle crossing.

Cesspit & Non-return Valve/Chamber Installation

Here our client needed an upgraded cesspit due to the volume of water coming down the driveway, they also needed a non-return valve placed on their wastewater drain to stop backflow from the main public line. We installed a larger cesspit to accommodate the large volume of water, put a non-return valve in with a chamber for maintenance access and then re concreted the driveway section.

Concrete Footpath Reinstatement

Removed an old cracked, uplifted, trip hazard footpath, prepped for new and relay new concrete, topsoil edges.

Retaining Wall Build

Removed an old broken down retaining wall and section of a tipped fence, upgraded drainage to deal with incoming water, built a new solid retaining wall and added a new section of retaining wall to create a nice flat grass area level off the existing deck, this creates a nice useable space for the client
