"They were called to site to repaire a pressure pipe from the houses to the road. They arrived promptly but took 6.5 hours to do the job. They did not arrive with the correct parts so charged to go collect the correct parts and then charged us to take the incorrect parts back for credit. Seems like the cost of doing it right gets paid by the customer."
