Appalling customer service and communication. They provided a quote for a hot water cylinder replacement that excluded essential electrical work as an 'estimate', leading to unexpected extra costs. When I tried to query the bill and raise my concerns, my emails were completely ignored for over a month, only to then be threatened with debt collection. Very stressful experience and poor handling from start to finish.

We’re very happy with both the service and the quality of their work. The hot water tank stopped heating water suddenly. I contacted the shop and they arranged the visit on the same day. A technician I believe his name is Ken who super-friendly, expert and clean & tidy work. I am happy to ask them again if I have some problems in plumbing.
