We are a locally owned and operated business. Our owner Dave has been in the building industry for over 25 years, and has since started a pressure washing division (EP MAINTAIN). With knowledge of construction materials, Auckland weather and environmental impacts on homes, relevant worksite safety and chemical use awareness - our experience allows us to tailor our clean to your home so we can both walk away feeling satisfied that the job has been done right!

Highly recommend. Bronagh did a great job, very thorough and ensured the whole house was cleaned. Not only did she do the house wash but she also treated the wood to get rid of the moss.
