After using this company for 8 years without any issues, I'm extremely disappointed with how they've handled this dispute. We had a written agreement for our property to be cleaned every three weeks. Without my knowledge or consent, they increased the cleaning frequency to suit their own schedule and then attempted to invoice me for the additional cleans. When I challenged this and referred them back to their own written agreement, they terminated our contract instead of resolving the issue. I expect they'll reply denying any wrongdoing or making excuses, but the facts speak for themselves. I have their written agreement confirming the three-week cleaning schedule, as well as their later written communication acknowledging the increased cleaning frequency. I'll let others make up their own minds. Reply: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We value all of our long-term clients and appreciate the opportunity we had to provide our services over the past eight years. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution regarding the scheduling and service arrangements. As a result, we made the difficult decision to end the service agreement, as we believed it was the best outcome for both parties. We always aim to communicate openly and resolve concerns fairly, and we're sorry that we couldn't achieve that in this instance. We wish you all the best going forward.
