I booked this cleaning service initially for a trial clean, which was not up to standard and required them to return the following day to correct issues. After this, I agreed to proceed with a fortnightly ongoing clean. However, there were ongoing changes to the arrangement, including availability shifting and a proposal to change the schedule to every three weeks, along with a price increase. Unfortunately, the consistency and reliability I expected from a regular cleaning service was not met. Due to these repeated changes to the original arrangement, I decided not to continue with future bookings. Reply: Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide a fair service, which is why we sent a team of three technicians for the initial visit, and followed up with a two-man team the next day to ensure everything met expectations. Because the property required a much deeper level of care than a standard maintenance service covers, we had to propose a realistic schedule and rate to match the actual labor required. As a business, we must ensure our pricing remains sustainable. We're sorry we couldn't find a compromise that worked for both sides, and we wish you the best.
