Wai Secure recently came on site to upgrade our home security system. I found them online as a local company offering systems that matched our requirements. Following a site visit and agreed quote, Leigh arrived to begin the installation. Unfortunately, the existing alarm system wasn't configured as expected, which meant Leigh had to rethink the solution on the spot. He didn't hesitate, talked me through his revised recommendation, and adapted the installation to achieve the outcome we wanted. The work was completed within the original quoted price and we now have a modern, app-based security system that meets our needs and gives us plenty of scope for future upgrades. The workmanship was excellent, the installation was clean and tidy, and Leigh was professional throughout. Highly recommended. And Leigh, apologies about the mouse trap!
