Joe has been looking after New Zealand's trees since 2014 when he moved from the UK to Auckland. With over 15 years experience in the arboriculture industry, Joe and the Elmwood Tree Services team bring a wealth of tree care knowledge to every job. Every member of the team is a qualified arborist or is actively working through their apprenticeship, always improving, always learning.
Our mission is to provide the best tree care services to the communities around Dunedin and the wider Otago region.

Excellent job removing an enormous willow tree stump and roots. The guys did a fast tidy job and my garden was treated with great respect and now looks so much better! And everything ground to a very fine mulch and neatly spread. Great communication and follow up from Joe. Reasonably priced too! I would definitely recommend Elmwood.

Just had Joe and his team at our whare today taking care of 5 trees of varying heights on our property. Everything from obtaining our quote to getting the job done was done in a very timely manner with excellent communication. Joe and his team listened to our requests and executed them beautifully keeping the trees integrity in place. They were punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and the tidying up during and afterwards is absolutely fantastic. Our trees have a number of different jobs for a number of different animals, they house some, provide shelter and scratching opportunities for others and the team took that on board to ensure these aspects remained, every cut was careful and considered.
