Full Property Clean-Up – Rental Property

This project involved a full outdoor property clean-up for a rental property that had been neglected for some time while the client was carrying out a major renovation. The lawn and gardens had become heavily overgrown, with trees, roots, vines and unwanted vegetation taking over various areas of the property. The outdoor areas needed to be cleared and brought back to a clean, manageable condition before the property was ready for the next tenants. Movescape Property Services carried out a full clean-up, including: Lawn mowing and tidy-up Clearing overgrown garden areas Cutting back overgrown trees and vegetation Removing unwanted roots and vines General garden and property tidy-up Green waste removal Final clean-up of the outdoor areas The transformation made a significant difference to the overall appearance of the property and left it clean, tidy and ready for the next tenants. 10. Property Tidy-Up & Lawn Restoration – Hillsborough

Our client in Hillsborough had been juggling a busy work schedule and family commitments, leaving little time to keep on top of the property's lawns and gardens. With the weekend approaching, they contacted Movescape Property Services to get everything looking neat and tidy. We scheduled the job for Friday and completed a full property tidy-up, including: Mowing and edging the lawns Cutting back overgrown grass Trimming and tidying garden areas Removing weeds where required Blowing down and cleaning paths and hard surfaces Collecting and removing green waste Leaving the property clean, tidy, and ready to enjoy for the weekend The result was a fresh, well-presented property that was easy to maintain and looked great again. 9. Full Property Restoration & Garden Clean-Up - Weymouth Manurewa

Full Property Restoration & Garden Clean-Up This project involved restoring a property that had become heavily overgrown after the homeowner suffered a back injury and was no longer able to maintain the outdoor areas. Over time, the lawns had become overgrown, garden beds were taken over by weeds, and trees and shrubs had become covered in thick climbing vines, making them difficult to access and clear. The property required a significant amount of manual work to bring it back under control. The scope of work included: * Lawn mowing and edging * Clearing overgrown vegetation and weeds * Cutting back overgrown trees and shrubs * Removing invasive vines from trees and fences * Green waste removal and site clean-up * Restoring the property to a neat and manageable condition Due to the extent of the overgrowth, this was a **three-day project**. By the end of the job, the property had been completely transformed into a clean, tidy, and easily maintainable outdoor space. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the result and relieved to have their property back under control. 4. Overgrown Weed Tidy-Up (Grey Lynn)

This project involved a full overgrown weed tidy-up at a residential property entrance. The area had become heavily overrun with dense weeds and unwanted growth, making the space look untidy and difficult to maintain. We carried out a thorough clean-up, including manual weed removal, trimming back overgrowth, and clearing all green waste from the site. Extra care was taken to restore the entrance area to a neat, presentable condition while keeping the surrounding plants intact. The end result was a clean, tidy, and welcoming space, with the client very happy with the transformation

3. Green grass removal (Howick)

Customer needed several large green grass plants removed from the property in Howick. Arrived on site, removed all plants and cleaned up the area within a few hours. Customer was very happy with the outcome and overall service provided by Movescape Property Services.

8. Garden Tidy up- - Trimmed plants/hedges and cut lawn (Lukes Street, East Otahuhu)

Our clients wanted their gardens and lawns brought back under control with a complete tidy-up to improve the overall appearance of their property. The work included trimming and reshaping hedges, pruning overgrown plants, weeding garden beds, mowing and edging the lawns, and removing all green waste. The property was left clean, tidy, and well-presented with improved street appeal. The clients were extremely happy with the quality of the work and our attention to detail. Following the completion of the job, they signed up with Movescape Property Services for ongoing regular lawn and garden maintenance. What was discussed on site / written on quote was correct. What was completed on site was not correct, at first didn't take ownership of it in the beginning. Need to check wording when doing future work. Overall had to complete myself- remove the items he was meant to. Pots to be remove, were not, concrete bird bath, not removed, trees just cut and not removed, barrels not removed. Despite this being written on the quote and discussed on site.
