Full Property Clean-Up – Rental Property

Project description

This project involved a full outdoor property clean-up for a rental property that had been neglected for some time while the client was carrying out a major renovation.

The lawn and gardens had become heavily overgrown, with trees, roots, vines and unwanted vegetation taking over various areas of the property. The outdoor areas needed to be cleared and brought back to a clean, manageable condition before the property was ready for the next tenants.

Movescape Property Services carried out a full clean-up, including:

Lawn mowing and tidy-up
Clearing overgrown garden areas
Cutting back overgrown trees and vegetation
Removing unwanted roots and vines
General garden and property tidy-up
Green waste removal
Final clean-up of the outdoor areas

The transformation made a significant difference to the overall appearance of the property and left it clean, tidy and ready for the next tenants.
