Converting a drive through garage to a bedroom by building walls to create a storage area, walk-in wardrobe and then bedroom. This was to suit accessibility needs for wheelchairs and to create a more functional home. This project included replacing the old garage door at back of house with a new double glazed ranch slider, Built a pergola outside of ranch slider over existing deck and installed new overlay flooring and the finishing trims.

spiral stairs removed from this area and new ceiling installed to match existing
Staircase renovation

Removing old spiral staircase, patching existing flooring and ceiling below. Adding new straight staircase and shaping a new floor plan layout to living room
