Martin Built Ltd is a hands-on building company led by a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in residential construction.
I specialise in renovations, alterations, and small-to-medium building projects, while also taking on selected full builds where the scope and fit are right. My work covers everything from one-off rooms through to larger staged renovations and new-build components.
I have strong experience in kitchens, bathrooms, internal reconfigurations, structural alterations, decks, and general carpentry. I’m comfortable working from plans, coordinating with designers and engineers, and managing projects through multiple stages.
For clients wanting a smoother experience, I can coordinate trusted in-house plastering and painting, allowing many projects to be completed as a streamlined, one-stop service. This reduces delays, improves quality control, and keeps communication simple.
I’m known for being reliable, practical, and easy to deal with. I run tidy sites, communicate clearly, and focus on delivering solid, compliant work without unnecessary complications.
Based in Warkworth, I service Rodney, the North Shore, and surrounding areas. Travel further afield is considered for suitable projects.
