I submitted a request via this business’s website. Lionell responded promptly and arrived a couple of hours later. He reviewed the site and verbally provided a quote. I requested it in writing which he did so and I accepted. Come the day that he stated he would do the job he didn’t turn up. The day he originally said he’d turn up, he didn’t turn up. I reached out. He stated that “he was too busy, didn’t have the wood or a dyna drill” and that I should get someone else to do it. He subsequently stated that he wanted an additional several hundred dollars to do the job. It was clear that he had a job that paid more come up and was no longer interested in doing the job he quoted. I ended up cancelling the contract on agreement as I couldn’t trust him to do the job and do it with any degree of reasonable quality. The dealings were unprofessional and suggest both a lack of trustworthiness and reliability. I’d unreservedly recommend going elsewhere. Reply: Sorry to hear that, I was so busy at the moment that’s why I can’t do your job..I’m happy to do it but,I’m fully booked till next week if you can wait until next week I will do it..$1000 labor materials is not worth it if you can find another contractor will be good..I’m not working for free,,the cost of the job is $1500 that’s why I ask if you are happy in $1500 if not you can find someone else..if you are professional you need to understand the cost of your job,,and I already put all the expenses in the quote but you don’t wanna accept it..do you think you are professional? If you not happy in my quote just move on don’t make a bad words on my name, you can make a bad comment to me if I started the job
