I submitted a request via this business’s website. Lionell responded promptly and arrived a couple of hours later. He reviewed the site and verbally provided a quote. I requested it in writing which he did so and I accepted. Come the day that he stated he would do the job he didn’t turn up. The day he originally said he’d turn up, he didn’t turn up. I reached out. He stated that “he was too busy, didn’t have the wood or a dyna drill” and that I should get someone else to do it. He subsequently stated that he wanted an additional several hundred dollars to do the job. It was clear that he had a job that paid more come up and was no longer interested in doing the job he quoted. I ended up cancelling the contract on agreement as I couldn’t trust him to do the job and do it with any degree of reasonable quality. The dealings were unprofessional and suggest both a lack of trustworthiness and reliability. I’d unreservedly recommend going elsewhere. Reply: Sorry to hear that, I was so busy at the moment that’s why I can’t do your job..I’m happy to do it but,I’m fully booked till next week if you can wait until next week I will do it..
