Hi, I’m a qualified builder with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the NZ construction industry. I’ve worked on a wide variety of projects — from building new homes from the ground up to high-end renovations, as well as light commercial work, fencing, decking, and general repairs.
I recently started Pancho Villa’s Construction with the goal of delivering top-quality workmanship at honest, hard-to-beat prices. I take pride in doing the job right the first time — no shortcuts, no inflated costs, just solid, reliable work you can count on.
Whether it’s a weekend job or a full project, I bring a strong work ethic, clear communication, and an eye for detail to everything I do. I’m fully equipped with my own tools and transport, and I work with trusted trade suppliers to keep materials affordable without sacrificing quality.
