Hi, I’m Adriana, the designer behind AD Interior Design. I have over 8 years of experience in architectural and interior design, including more than 3 years working in New Zealand on residential and small commercial projects.

I specialise in producing clear, buildable design solutions for renovations and interior upgrades, including bathrooms, kitchens, cafés, and small-space reconfigurations. My work focuses on functional layouts, efficient use of space, and well-resolved material and colour selections that align with both client goals and project budgets.

My services include concept design, detailed layouts, 3D modelling and renders, colour and material specifications, and interior documentation to support builders and trades. With experience working in New Zealand and overseas, I understand local compliance requirements, buildability, and the importance of accurate, well-coordinated design information.

Refined Natural Bathroom & Toilet Renovation

This project involved the full redesign and material specification for a main bathroom and adjacent toilet room in a contemporary Auckland home. The brief was to create a space that felt calm, grounded, and luxurious, with an emphasis on natural textures, refined colour contrasts, and timeless finishes. Inspired by nature and spa environments, the palette was carefully developed around earthy creams, forest green tones, and warm brass accents. Material selections were led by both functionality and visual softness, with a focus on moisture-resilient surfaces and timeless textures. This project was about creating a daily experience that feels both refreshing and restorative. Every element was chosen not just for performance, but to support an emotional and sensory connection to the space. It’s warm, grounded, and quietly luxurious — without ever feeling over-designed.
