Luke was super responsive and quick to come and evaluate our home electrical situation. He worked hard to sort things out for us when his linesman was booked up for the day and was able to find one who could come the next day. He even came to the house the next day earlier than anticipated and was able to get the job done with great professionalism. We very much appreciated his timeliness and reassurance as he was aware of how stressful it is not to have electricity for long periods of time. Highly recommend!
