Jay is brilliant. Immediate response came and did the job next day. Removed old toilet seat I couldn't get pf myself, installed new seat and fixed a cellar door lock. While here I asked him to do a couple of additional small jobs. He did those straight away. Efficient, skilled and a nice guy. Thoroughly recommend.
