About
Franc Landscapes Ltd is a North Shore-based landscape construction company working across Auckland. We build decks, pool surrounds, exposed aggregate driveways and patios, retaining walls and timber fencing, and we run the whole programme from the first site visit to handover.
Pool projects: we work alongside your pool supplier from the start. The supplier delivers and installs the pool; we do the excavation, slabs, decking, coping and landscaping around it, and we're on site on delivery day.
Consents and speciali --- manage the consent programme and coordinate the specialists a job needs, including an engineer where a design requires one, a licensed plumber for stormwater, and specialist contractors for glass and aluminium pool fencing. Each specialist certifies their own work.
Decks in treated pine, Kwila and Vitex on H5 piles and H3.2 framing with stainless fixings. Exposed aggregate with the falls and drainage worked out first.
