Viridian - Grass block pavers fill & seal or remove

On the driveway directly in front of the garage door we have a rectangular area that has 4.8m x 2.8m of grass paver blocks set into the concrete (presumably to trap any oil leaks?) These are currently filled with river bed pebbles and more often than not - weeds! We'd either like the holes / pebbles sealed to prevent the weeds returning, or the blocks removed completely and a weed-free solution installed in their place - could be a simple concrete rectangle or similar solution?

Kevin was prompt, clearly communicated and delivered on time on budget. His suggestion on how to solve the driveway challenge was creative and cost effective. Impressed that he went out of his way to avoid impacting our neighbours and leaving the site tidy and safe. We're really happy with the result and Kevin was a pleasure to have on site. Highly recommended.
