After a great deal of research, I chose this company and they did not let me down. Initially, Josef came by to inspect our roof. Our intention was to get the roof up to code and prepared for any possible cyclones heading our way. I pointed out our concerns and Josef performed a thorough check. He noted that our rivet spacing was not up to code, explained several areas of concern, and listened intently while providing thoughtful responses. I requested multiple quotes based on urgency due to cost considerations and they were provided promptly. According to my research, this company usually works on larger projects and it seems availability for smaller residential work is based on downtime between those jobs. This is one of the reasons I chose them. They have the knowledge, practice, and estimation skills to provide a clear understanding of how quickly repairs can be completed. They definitely delivered. They were upfront with the booking timeframe. I was advised they were booked until April, however, an earlier opening should appear for a job of this size which was estimated at two days of work. They were right. It was earlier than I expected. They quoted me just before the Christmas break and delivered almost immediately after the break. Your experience may vary, but they seem to hold true to their word. The work itself took a day and a half. I asked Josef and Jared to take pictures for our insurance company and they were more than happy to oblige. They finished the work, provided the pictures, and responded promptly to our inquiries following the job. A week later we had the heaviest rain since moving into the house and the roof held up with no issues. A week after that we experienced major wind gusts with rain. This was pushing rain under a specific position of the roof on the side of our concrete house, causing a leak on one of our walls. This was not the fault of the work they had done. It was due to the poor installation of the original roof and could not have been seen without some measure of clairvoyance. This was confirmed by multiple tradespeople we spoke to. We informed Josef of this issue and he promptly came by to rectify it. I asked for the cost and he refused multiple times. The fix was simple and he felt responsible even though, in my opinion and the opinion of other professionals, he was not. I would provide photo proof but am uncomfortable posting my house online. Even if this were an issue missed by them (which it was not), it is clear to me that if they made a mistake, they would sort it out in a timely manner with no objections. They truly take pride in their work and reputation. Things to note: This is a metal roof company. They do not work on terracotta or tile roofs. If I am wrong, I hope they will let me know so I can amend this. Our house is Art Deco. The roof has a slight angle but is enclosed, hidden, and flatter than other roofs. If your house has an exposed roof with a heavy angle, the timeframe may vary. The point of my review is their ability and knowledge regarding the work required. Based on my research, they are highly educated on those types of roofs anyway. I always do a lot of research. I even get Trello involved. I wanted a company that could get my roof up to code and make our family feel safe. After Joe explained what was needed, I did even more research and talked to people. Nothing the company said was incorrect. They exceeded my expectations.

Isaac and his team showed an amazing work ethic. Their energy and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. From the moment they started replacing the screws on one roof, to reroofing the second house in less than 3 weeks, weather permitting and finished before Xmas. A fantastic effort. Absolutely fantastic. These guys went above and beyond. Honestly we have never had such professional service in NZ or Oz. Dealing with a new roof can be a massive headache but doing it from across the ocean could be a nightmare, well not with this company step by step we recived full detail quotes including photos, step by step up dates on the progress and where kind enough to inform us of little things they thought we may like to know for the future ( non roof related so nothing they could gain from ) now price! Big concern for most we get it but Issac and his team give stright up honest pricing and a high standard of work they fast efficient. They looked after us and our elderly mother every step of the way highly recommended wonderful people Thankyou guys
