Owner / Operators Experience:
I’m a qualified and Licensed Building Practitioner in both Carpentry and Roofing, with 20 years’ experience across the two trades.

My experience covers residential building and renovations, as well as long-run metal roofing, new roofs, re-roofs, repairs and maintenance.

Being qualified and licensed in both trades means I can handle projects where building and roofing overlap, giving clients one point of contact from start to finish.

About the Owner/ Operator:
Your next builder should be your last.

Because when you find a builder who communicates honestly, delivers quality workmanship, and earns your trust, you shouldn’t have to keep looking.

That’s exactly the reputation I’m committed to building with Constant Construction. Whether you need a roof repaired today, a deck built next summer, or a renovation five years from now, my goal is simple:

To become the builder you trust enough to call every time.

At Constant Construction, we service Northland, Rodney, the North Shore and greater Auckland, providing both building and roofing services.

From renovations, extensions, decks, fencing and retaining walls through to new roofs, re-roofing, roof repairs and specialist leak detection, we can take care of everything from the small jobs that need sorting now to the larger projects you’ve been planning for years.

Being qualified and an LBP in both building and roofing also means you’re dealing with one contractor from start to finish, rather than trying to coordinate multiple trades.

I’m not interested in making a quick dollar from one job. I’m interested in being the builder you’re still comfortable calling years from now.

And to me, that starts with something pretty simple: doing what you say you’re going to do.

I believe a handshake still means something, and I treat my word the same way.

You won’t get the hard sell from me. Just honest advice, straight answers, and quality workmanship. If something needs fixing, I’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.

At the end of the day, homes are built on trust just as much as timber. If I earn yours, and Constant Construction is the first call you make for your next project, then I’ve done my job properly.
