Initially very keen and responsive. A day was arranged and he didn't show. He showed up out of the blue a week later after a follow up text from myself with no response. He started the job but couldn't finish due to having to access the tree from the neighbours side. He said he could come back the next day, again didn't show and turned up a week later. Quality of work is good, but the communication and reliability can be improved.

Responded early to confirm job and then didn't turn up on time to take the pieces, when he did turn up he didn't collect the pieces saying he'd arrive --- am the next day and hasn't arrived or communicated 24 hours later despite me messaging and calling. Appalling. We've now planned to do the job ourselves.
