This was the worst moving experience I have every had. I told them I had a 4 brm house they sent a small truck so the move took a long time. Our furniture was badly treated and our new couch (9 months old) had dirty scuffs and scratches through the fabric on the arms that could not be cleaned or fixed unless recovered on the arms. The company told me it was normal wear and tear with moving and the couch was older. Stay well clear of this company they are untrustworthy with your precious things = They told me to go to my insurance company and don’t want to know. Please don’t be sucked in = avoid at all costs or your will be heartbroken like me.

These guys were great! Made our move easy and stress free. Relocated from Pukekohe to Napier. They picked up our stuff the night before so we could leave early morning the next day. Phoned us to let us know the truck was running an hour late (which was great to know). The truck arrived in Napier 15 mins after we did. One hour to load the truck and an hour and a bit to offload. Their rates are very reasonable. A lot cheaper than many quotes received. They even gave us a 30 cbm truck for same price as quoted for 20 cbm , which relieved a lot of panic about how much we could fit into the truck. No issues, no damage, no fuss. Fantastic company to deal with, picked up in Auckland and delivered to Coromandel. Very professional driver and staff member, great communication every step of the way, they took a freezer from Coromandel back to Mt Wellington and picked up a washing machine in Thames and delivered to St Heliers. So we had 2 movers one the offsider was an extremely hard worker, running up and down the stairs. The other one the driver only came up the stairs 4 times he moved the furniture into and out of the truck. My husband did all the assistance with carrying everything upstairs and downstairs.
