There were a couple of setbacks, but Guri was responsive and took responsibility to fix the setbacks. I understand setbacks happen, what I appreciate is the actions that were taken to fix setbacks. 5 stars. A mover called in sick on my moving day but they found a replacement thankfully. One part of my couch was missing after the move. Once I informed them they made the necessary calls to find it and delivered it to my house.
