An absolutely incredible company who went the extra mile to make sure that our needs were ment, they worked into the night for us and done so with no damages. They were astronomically cheaper then other companies and had a great, polite can do attitude over all it was 14 hour day for them which they done with a smile. Thanks so much guys you are legends. I would not recommend these guys at all. The company texted to say that someone called in sick and won’t be able to move my stuff until 12, they turned up at 4.30pm instead and didn't finish until 8.30pm. I was so hungry, frustrated, and tired. Surly a company like this would have casual workers that they can call upon to fill in. They went so slow and were not at all careful. When we asked them to take their shoes off they said that they don’t like doing that, the floor was so dirty when they left. My new flat mate and I were talking and it's plain to see that one of the guys were stoned and were constantly asking for Chai and biscuits. I was charged for 2 heavy items but nothing I had weighted move than 80kg so I feel that I was over charged for this. Also my Queen mattress protector was ripped really badly during the move. I asked him not to rip my bag but he didn't listen, there are so many rips in the bag that it's no good anymore. I have emailed the company and they have not replied. Reply: Hi there we can refund for your mattress cover as it was really heavy and slippery couldn’t even lift it in drizzling rain that day More over We helped your flatmate to move her very heavy dressing table which alone took extra 30 mints we never charged for that’s where the story of chi and biscuits came from well SHE PROMISED AND WE NEVER GOT THAT TOO 👎🏼 SHAME AND WE NEVER CHRGED YOU 2 heavy items it was 1 heavy and 1 for stairs Thank you very much we can refund ur mattress protector money which would be $10 and If you agree to pay us back extra tome taken and heavy item moved for your flat mate which would be $110 that you still owe us So up to you

I booked for a Friday 12 noon shift, I estimate it would take 1 hour to move my small office 3.6 kms away. 12.30pm they rang, they had overbooked their time, said they couldn't shift me till Saturday. I argued, a new truck was then to come for 3pm. They arrived 3.30pm. They dragged out the job. I rang the boss about a discount. He hung up on me without even discussing my concerns. When they had moved the boxes, not my desk or filing cabinet the guy said he wanted immediate payment, he calculated over $550, for 1.5 hours work. He demanded payment before he would move the rest. When I refused to pay before the end, he stopped the worker and said he was leaving with my gear. He closed the right side door, and when I went to where my desk was, he closed the other then pulled up the ramp and threatened to leave with me in the truck. Fearing for my safety and property I called the police, who assisted me getting my gear and paying in accordance with their emailed terms $421 not over $550. My desk was damaged, my assistant's son carried the filing cabinet while I was in the truck. Reply: hey everyone reading this review we did this move and heres what happened :- the move was booked for the price she agreed to and there was nothing over charged. our driver called in sick and we have to cnacel her move then she insisted that if our other team could do it today even if it's bit late so we arranged some workers on urgent basis and paid heaps and not made anythin out of it , BUT THIS JOB WAS TO HELP CUSTOMER MOVE NOT MAKE MONEY so we did this move and she said she will not pay for it as it was alot of trouble for her. then we have advised our driver to get payment before taking last table out of the truck she wasen't even paying after that and called cops on us :) WHICH WAS FUNNY COS COPS MADE HER PAY FOR IT as it was ment to be now she was ringing us and trying to scare us to get some discount for the move or otherwise she will upload a bad review about our servise which she did here so yeah its just one of those 1% customers Thanks guys
