James and Holly were both awesome! We had James over to check out our spouting drain that was no longer draining - he got this repaired and then returned to fix a leak in our toilet. Later on he visited us again to assist with a Shower issue. Across all visits he was super professional, friendly and had very tidy work. Holly was prompt at arranging quotes, scheduling visits when we were very stressed. Highly recommend Bay Flow Plumbing! Thanks again for all your help!
